Price increases Need more variety Nice place, nice workers. Run out of the same standard items regularly. Fresh veges and fruit have got a little better over the years however could still improve, and drop price on aging fresh fruit and veg. Need better quality control for expiration dates and rotation of stock.

First time shopping there. Prices looked good, got everything we needed. Great to bulk buy. The lady that was served us was very friendly and didn't mind interacting with us.

As a mum of 3 i have to take all my kids, i know kids aren't always cooperative at check out. I was so disgusted how i was treated after my tap and pay wouldn't connect to the machine and then was treated as if i was going to steal these items!!!! The cashier who served me had short blonde hair and looked to be in late 40s. My toodler was just being a toodler constantly pulling on me while i was trying to pay for my grocerys, i asked the lady if i could call my husband to bring me my key card and that she could serve someone else so that i wasn't holding anyone up. She looked at me and said "yeah" while giving me the biggest dirty look. After that i left and didn't wan't to purchase anything from Aldi at burpengary. I was so overstimulated in that moment she was eyeing me off and making me uncomfortable. I litterally just walked out, I cried in the parking lot after i left. However i had the most lovely lady who saw all this happen and offer to pay for my grocerys and then i would transfer her back but i had to decline because i did not want to spend my money their after that. The lovely lady said, "I saw the way you were treated in there and that was not right" she said as a mum herself she understood. Ive worked in customer service for over 17 years and i would never treat a customer the way she did. The 3 stars are for good prices and a great store the missing stars is for that ladies service. It really traumatises myself from ever stepping foot in a Aldi again knowing ill get that type of services when i have kids.
